- 4 cups Mixed greens Spinach arugula, romaine, etc.
- 1 Cucumber Thinly sliced
- 1 Avocado Diced
- 0.5 Red onion Thinly sliced
- 1 cup Cherry tomatoes Halved
- 2 tbsp Fresh parsley Optional, chopped
- Salt To taste

Wash the greens thoroughly under cold water and dry using a salad spinner or towel.
