Equipment

  • 1 Baking sheet For assembling the sliders before baking
  • 1 Pastry brush For applying melted butter on the graham crackers
  • 1 Knife For cutting chocolate bars to fit the sliders
  • 1 Oven Preheat to 350°F (175°C) for baking

Ingredients
  

  • 1 package of graham cracker sheets about 8 full sheets, broken into halves for the sliders
  • 1 cup of mini marshmallows or regular marshmallows cut in half
  • 8 oz milk chocolate bars or semi-sweet chocolate if you prefer a richer taste
  • 1/4 cup melted butter for brushing the sliders
  • 1 tablespoon brown sugar for an extra sweet crunch on top

Instructions
 

Step 1: Prepare the Ingredients

  • Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Place your graham crackers on a baking sheet. You’ll need about 8 half-sheets of graham crackers, and you can break them down to fit as sliders.

Step 2: Add the Chocolate

  • Place one piece of milk chocolate on top of each graham cracker half. If you’re using regular-sized chocolate bars, break them into smaller pieces that fit the cracker. The chocolate should cover the base of each graham cracker for that melty, gooey texture we all crave.

Step 3: Add the Marshmallows

  • Next, take a handful of mini marshmallows and place them generously on top of the chocolate. If you’re using regular marshmallows, cut them in half to create the perfect size for each slider.

Step 4: Assemble and Bake

  • Top each slider with another graham cracker half, creating a mini sandwich. Brush the top graham cracker with melted butter to give it a golden, crispy finish when baked. Sprinkle a light dusting of brown sugar on top to add a sweet, caramelized crunch.
  • Bake the sliders in your preheated oven for about 5-7 minutes or until the marshmallows have melted and the graham crackers are golden brown.

Step 5: Serve and Enjoy

  • Once baked, remove the sliders from the oven and let them cool for a minute or two. Serve them warm for the best, gooey experience, or let them cool for a more manageable treat. Either way, they’ll be irresistible!

Notes

For an extra twist, add peanut butter or caramel drizzle for additional flavor. These sliders are best enjoyed warm!
